About Lidya Gongage
Lidya Gongage is the Broker and Owner of Kumba Realty and Property Management. Known as "Momma" to her friends and family (and quite a few of her customers), she is the heart and soul of Kumba Realty. Having lived in the Central Florida area since 1978, she has seen this community develop. As a FedEx courier for 15 years she has gained a unique insider's perspective and acquired an encyclopedic knowledge of the Greater Orlando area and all its housing trends. Having seen who answers the door in almost every neighborhood in Orlando, she can tell you more about where you want to live than just about anyone.
As a Realtor since 1995, Lidya brings a wealth of knowledge and character to her work. She has been specializing in Tuscawilla, Winter Springs, Oviedo, Avalon Park, and Lake Nona for most of her career. During her years as a Realtor she was awarded 3 of the Stirling Sotheby's International Realty highest honors: Top Sales Executive, Top Listing Agent and the Shinning Star Award.
Her personal mission is to have each of her customers feel as comfortable with her as their property manager as they would feel with a family member, and to know that she will take excellent care of their investment.
