Making Payments Online
To better assist our tenants, we now provide an online payment portal where you can sign up to make monthly payments quickly and easily. If you have already activated your payment portal account click the button below to view the new site.
First Time Users
Signing up for the first time is easy. To start off, find your Account Activation Email. This email will usually be sent to you after signing your lease. Within this email is a link to a page that allows you to create a password for your account.
If you cannot find the Account Activation Email, please contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to send you a new activation email.
Returning Users
- Visit the Kumba Realty Online Payment Portal
- Login using your email address and the password you created at the time of activation
- If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link at the bottom of the login page.
- Click the large green button that says "Make a Payment" and make your payment as needed, or alternatively click "Set Up Auto Pay" to setup a recurring payment.
PayLease Payment Portal
NO LONGER ACTIVE AFTER SEPTEMBER 2010
The previous payment portal that was used until now is being phased out and will not be available after September 2010. In order to allow our tenants to continue to make payments through this month, the old payment portal will still be available, but if you have not already done so, we highly recommend using our new payment portal (as described above). Thank you.
