What is an Urgent Issue

If there is a problem at your rental property that requires immediate support and cannot wait until later.

Typical time to respond: Immediate - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • AC not cooling correctly
  • Active water leak or signs of new water damage
  • Refrigerator stops working
  • Roofing, plumbing, electrical, or structural damage
  • Anything that may pose a realistic health or safety risk
  • A problem that needs to be dealt with immediately
  • When in doubt, call us instead of sending a message
What is a Non-Urgent Issue

These are problems that don't typically require immediate attention and can be handled as soon as possible.

Typical time to respond: Between 2 hours to 1 business day

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Non essential appliances like washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, etc.
  • Plumbing clogs
  • Landscaping
  • Anything that doesn't need immediate attention and isn't causing damage
